Develop the women in your leadership pipeline - before you lose them.
Strengths-based leadership development for your emerging and senior women leaders — sponsored by you, delivered by an ICF-accredited, Gallup-certified coach, and built around one conviction: development only counts if it changes how she leads on Monday.
The problem you already know
You can probably picture her already. She's capable, trusted, and carrying a lot — the person everyone relies on. But she's still operating as the doer rather than the leader she could be, and she's quietly becoming a bottleneck: for her team, for succession, and for her own next step.
For every 100 men promoted into their first management role, only 81 women make the same step — the “broken rung” that McKinsey and LeanIn have documented for a decade. And the standard fix, a workshop or a course, rarely holds: the research on learning transfer is blunt about how quickly training fades once people are back at their desks.
The problem usually isn't that she needs to know more. It's that nothing happens between the learning and the doing. That gap is exactly where this work lives.
The ALIGN Method
Every engagement runs on the ALIGN Method™ — a strengths-based process that starts with who she already is (Gallup CliftonStrengths®), builds deep self-awareness, and then does the unglamorous work most programmes skip: integration. Reflection between sessions, commitments she's held to, and habits that survive contact with a demanding role.
It moves from the inner work — Awaken Awareness, Look Within — to the outer shift your organisation actually needs: Grow Others, the move from doing everything herself to developing the people around her.
Two ways to sponsor a leader
Lead From Strength — the cohort
A six-month online cohort for women stepping into or growing in leadership. One 90-minute group session a month, a weekly accountability partner, two private coaching calls, and a CliftonStrengths foundation — around an hour a week, designed to fit a demanding role rather than compete with it.
Founding cohort investment: NZD $2,800 per seat. Founding sponsors get the founding rate in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial — the programme experience itself is complete and professional.
The 12-month 1:1 partnership
For a senior leader, or a woman whose next step deserves individual attention: a year of one-to-one coaching, a full strengths assessment and debrief, and a written reflection journal after every session. Investment: NZD $5,000.
Not sure which fits? That's what the 20-minute conversation is for — no pitch, just an honest look at what she needs.
What your organisation gets
• A visible, credible investment in a high-potential woman — the kind that shows up in engagement and retention conversations.
• A leader who delegates and develops instead of absorbing everything — easing a bottleneck you can name today.
• Progress you can see. Coaching sessions are confidential (ICF ethics protect the trust that makes them work), but sponsors receive a clear programme structure, a monthly manager-conversation guide so her manager stays connected to the growth, and a development focus you'll recognise in how she shows up.
• A partner who understands the AU/NZ context — including the gender-balance and succession goals your board is already asking about.
