A —Awaken Awareness. Discover how your strengths, values and patterns shape your leadership. Understand your CliftonStrengths and see your patterns, motivations and blind spots clearly — so you stop questioning your capability.
L — Look Within. Identify what’s helping, and what’s holding you back. Connect your strengths to your real work and life to identify what's draining you and what needs to shift.
I — Integrate. Turn insight into intentional leadership habits that become second nature. Make values-led decisions using your strengths — creating focus, boundaries and direction.
G — Grow Others. Move beyond doing. Build trust, develop people and create meaningful impact. Build confidence through practice.
N — Navigate Forward. Lead with clarity. Reflect intentionally. Keep growing long after the session or program ends, staying grounded in who you are and what matters most.

I'm Jodi Peeters — an ICF-accredited (ACC) coach and Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® Coach. I work with women leaders, and the HR and People & Culture teams who develop them.
Many of the women I coach are capable, responsible and driven — yet still second-guess their decisions or wonder how they really fit. In my experience, confidence doesn't grow from trying to be more or do more. It grows when you understand how you're uniquely wired — and learn to lead from that place.
Most development doesn't fail because people don't know enough. It fails because nothing happens between the learning and the doing. My work lives in that gap: turning insight into habits, language and decisions you actually use.
