A 12-month, one-to-one coaching partnership — delivered online, built around your CliftonStrengths and the season of leadership you're in.

This isn't a course or a content dump. It's a structured, strengths-based process that turns insight into the habits, language and decisions you actually use day to day. We work at a pace that lets real change embed — not a quick fix.

HOW IT WORKS — THE ALIGN METHOD

A — Aware. Understand how you're uniquely designed. Discover your CliftonStrengths and see your patterns, motivations and blind spots clearly — so you stop questioning your capability.

L — Locate. See where things are out of alignment. Connect your strengths to your real work and life to identify what's draining you and what needs to shift.

I — Intentional. Choose on purpose, not by default. Make values-led decisions using your strengths — creating focus, boundaries and direction.

G — Grow. Build confidence through practice. Use your strengths in new, intentional ways — growing confidence and trust in yourself through lived experience.

N — Navigate. Lead in alignment. Self-lead with clarity and grace, navigating change while staying grounded in who you are and what matters most.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Twelve months of 1:1 coaching, online via Zoom

  • Regular 1-hour sessions (typically fortnightly or monthly, set to suit you)

  • CliftonStrengths assessment and a personalised debrief (Full 34 recommended for a journey this length)

  • Practical, between-session focus so insight turns into action

  • A confidential, supportive space to think, decide and lead well
