What This Journey Includes
This is a six-month, faith-integrated coaching journey grounded in Gallup CliftonStrengths® methodology and spiritually anchored discernment.
Over twelve one-to-one sessions, we move intentionally from awareness to application — allowing clarity, alignment, and calling to emerge through structured strengths-based development.
Inside The Next Season Journey, you will receive:
1. 12 Private Coaching Sessions (Fortnightly, Online)
Consistent, structured space to reflect, discern, and apply insight in real time.
2. CliftonStrengths® Insight & Integration
If you haven’t completed the CliftonStrengths® assessment, you will do so early in the journey.
We explore your unique talent themes — how they naturally operate, where they may be overused or underused, and how they are being refined in this season of life.
3. Strengths Maturity & Application
Beyond awareness, we focus on strengths maturity — learning to intentionally apply your dominant talent themes to decisions, relationships, leadership, and life rhythms in midlife.
4. Faith-Integrated Discernment of Calling
Through prayerful reflection and grounded conversation, we explore how your God-given design aligns with what is unfolding in this next season.
5. Alignment of Daily Life & Responsibilities
We translate insight into practical alignment — ensuring your energy, commitments, and priorities reflect both your strengths and your renewed calling.
6. Gentle Accountability & Structured Reflection
Between sessions, you receive guided prompts and reflective structure to support consistent growth and lived integration.

I work with Christian women in midlife who sense God is leading them into a new season — yet feel uncertain how to step into it with clarity and confidence.
Many of the women I support have lived faithfully. They have carried responsibility, built families, contributed meaningfully, and served well. Yet somewhere in midlife, something begins to shift.
There is restlessness.
A quiet questioning.
A sense that refinement — not reinvention — is taking place.
As a Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach and ICF-accredited ACC coach, I bring both structured process and spiritual sensitivity to this work. Together, we explore identity, strengths, calling, and alignment — integrating faith with practical action.
